This song came out in the early 90s I think. It has a go-go feel to it and the guy that does the song kinda sounds like Ol Dirty Bastard.

Right now dats all I can remember but I need to know who the artist is and what is the correct name of the song. I have already ruled out Chuck Brown, it's not him. Please help me because I have been searching for this song for years, literally.
