This song is sung by a french male rapper. It's sounds like a good club/dance beat. I would consider it techno/rap. I'm assuming it was made sometime this year, but I could be wrong. The only lyrics I can remember, sounded like:
"ces ca la fleur"

it could be flooey, fleur, flur. no clue haha. but i really like this song. any help is appreciated. Also there were whistles in the backround. Like someone repeatedly blowing into it in short breaths.
