Cannot find the lyrics to Performance by Joe Cocker ANYWHERE. It's on his I Can Stand a Little Rain album 1974. I tried typing them out, but couldn't get it all -- love Joe, but can't always catch his words ya know..I need them for a presentation -- anyone?? Thanks!
I'm so sorry you can't find it. :( I've never heard of the artist, but if I come across it, I'll try to find out more about it. :) I know it's frustrating, not knowing, but I'll try to help anyway. :) You've asked music store worker people? Maybe they know, or could look it up, and you could just buy the CD. Most of the time the lyrics are in the foldy-cover-thingy. :)

Thanks for your reply and suggestions. I do own the CD, but doesn't have the words in the "foldy-cover-thingy" [cute :)] and I can't understand every word when I listen to the lyrics... ; I didn't see you haven't heard of Joe Cocker? Check out his CD "Organic" for a taste :P
