Ok so i heard this song on a radio station that plays mostly "old" songs from the early 21st century. They are classified by the station as soft and contemporary. It was about 6:30 am when i heard it so i was pretty groggy but it seriously brightened up my day. It sounded like a guy with a soft, high voice(potentially british) was singing

One part was like " I I I, I have feeling inside"- i think he said inside but not positive
And then i remember something about the back pick up truck lol
